Remote assistance

Customers with valid licenses of current VisserTek software versions can request support via remote assistance. Free remote assistance is limited to 1 hour for the license period (2 years for a full license, shorter for a time limited subscription). Customers with a support appointment can click the monitor icon (on the left) to start remote assistance.

 

No appointment? : Take the following steps to get remote assistance:

  1. Send an email to support@vissertek.com to request remote assistance
    1. Describe your problem
    2. Add the software name and version number (Help menu, Version number)
    3. Propose a date-time
  2. Wait for VisserTek support to respond and confirm the remote assistance date-time suggested by VisserTek.
  3. At the agreed date-time, run the VisserTek Team Viewer remote assistance client (click on the link to download and run). In case Teamviewer is already installed on your PC, run Teamviewer and call VisserTek to provide the Teamviewer ID and password.
  4. Once the connection has been established, call VisserTek support at 046-4490079 (from outside the Netherlands: +31 46 4490079).
  5. If asked, confirm the question to allow VisserTek to control your PC.
